Business Vision & Leadership
To be an effective leader you need to know where you are going and how to connect with people to inspire them to follow your vision. We will work together to define your vision, explore your self-awareness as a leader so that you can reflect and grow with your vision, and determine an intentional leadership style.
Business Plan & Strategy
Having a vision is great, but how are you getting there? We will work through the plan and strategy to get you from where you are today to the business vision of your dreams.
Organization Chart & Position Agreements
If your team does not know how they fit into the organization, you will perpetuate chaos detracting from reaching your goals. We will build a solid organizational chart and clear position agreements defining what each person is responsible for to support an autonomous team that does the specific work to reach your vision.
Values
It is easy to train skills, but changing someone’s beliefs and character is near impossible. To build a team and attract partners and customers to achieve your vision, it is essential that you all believe in the same things. We will define the values you live and work by so that you are living these to attract the right people.
Personal Management
If you are not organized as a leader, it will take you much longer to get where you are going and you can easily lose the focus from your team. Exploring and refining your personal management is the quickest way to get time back in your schedule and help you not feel like you are always behind. We will examine your current situation and then build habits that support your personal work style.
Financial Management
Finances are the lifeblood of your business. You need a solid financial strategy to support the growth of your business. We will work together to build a financial strategy on best accounting practices, KPIs (key performance indicators) and cash planning.
Branding & Marketing
In an ever growing digital world, you have less time to stand out and connect. You need a distinct brand to quickly connect with your audience and marketing to easily convey your message and what you need your audience to do. We will define your brand and build a marketing program that consistently generates the sales you want.
Management, Mentoring & Hiring
To achieve your goals, you need the right people working with you. And, once you have them, you need to support and nurture their growth so that they can continue to work toward your vision. We will build recruiting, hiring, onboarding, management and mentoring systems to give you the confidence that your team is productive and on track.
Operations Systems
Systems are the key to making all of the above happen. We will be taking a systems approach to all of the business elements to create a business that supports the life you want to live.

What Coaching Looks Like
- Two 1-hour online consulting sessions per month. This gives you time to work on your business and run your business while we are making the changes together. Weekly and sprint intensive sessions are available.
- Ongoing communications. Email and quick chat communications between meetings are included and encouraged to work through issues that come up or if you get stuck between calls.
- Month to month terms. There is no long-term contract. This is month-to-month. If you want to cancel, please reach out 30 days before your next automated payment.
